We stayed at Westin-Kolkatta Rajarhat for 6 days, it was a city break cum staycation trip for me and my wife. Since arrival/check in to check out, we almost had a very warm and wonderful time. Special mention to - Pameli (the front desk incharge), she ensured our comfort throughout the stay and was always approachable. Apurvo and Debashish (housekeeping guys) they ensured we had everything we needed and were super prompt in case anything additional was required. Our spa experience however was not very pleasant. We were offered a couple therapy/package, which includes a massage, jacuzzi, steam, followed by a shower. There was no hot water in jacuzzi and shower, and we were not told so during booking/at reception. The spa team did compensate the massage time somewhat, but the wholesome experience of the therapy was lost and the team was not very bothered/apologetic either. Other than that, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The housekeeping team demonstrated remarkable attention to detail, ensuring our room was meticulously clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The culinary offerings at the restaurant were truly impressive, providing a delightful gastronomic experience.

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. I had the lake view room and the early morning view was certainly worth it. The real asset are the staff. However I wanted to give a special mention to the barman Sayan, who’s mixing skills are up there with the best. I’m impressed with the in-house tamarind bitters. Another special mention is for the chef Sanjiv Singh, the food parti this seekh kebabs were superb and faultless. The gym has high end exercise equipment and there was no wait to use them. Altogether a wonderful experience and I would definitely come back again.

I was staying in lTC ROYAL BENGAL and was travelling to dakshineshwar suggested by one of the DM in ITC to meet MD.ZAIN KHAN at conceirge in WESTIN...The hospitality served by zain khan was great.. thought l was not staying their he welcomed me and also served me tea as welcome drink.Even he give me knowledge about the city which places to visit which really helped me to explore...l wanted to visit some places outside city so he suggested me place like sunderban and also booked a guide great and amazing hospitality served by ZAIN KHAN conceirge at WESTIN...A GREAT ASSET TO THE HOTEL..!!
